Case Study 1
In 2019, Forever successfully designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned a small-diameter, ultra-thick-wall tube mill for South Korea’s MS Pipe. The machine can produce pipe diameters ranging from 19 to 42.7mm, with a maximum thickness of up to 11mm.
A major breakthrough in ERW roll form technology.
No roll change required for producing any wall thickness ranging from 1.8mm to 11mm.
Case Study 2
In 2022, Forever successfully designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned a small-diameter ultra-thick-walled tube mill dedicated to the production of automobile stabilizer bars for Dongda Hengfeng Group. The mill is capable of producing 2” pipe with a maximum thickness of 7mm.
The products produced by this unit are specially used for automobile stabilizer bars. A specialized raw material, 34MnB5, which has the characteristics of high strength, large spring-back, and difficult to weld being used in this line poses a great challenge to the engineering design of the tube mill.
